Release v0.4: The Jetpack and Settings Release

Overhauled the movement when in no gravity situations. It now adds a small amount of force in a direction like a jetpack would if you were in space. Added a Settings Menu to the Main Menu to change settings such as toggling Snap Turn (now on by default) and volumes.

Release Notes:

• Overhauled the movement in no gravity situations to apply a direct relative force to the rigidbody instead of trying to move. This should allow for much more consistent and predictable movement.
• Added a Settings menu option in the Main Menu to allow for updating movement settings and volume settings.
• Added a Controls menu option in the Main Menu to view what the controls are.
• Added some ambiance to the game with music in the Main Menu and some background sounds in the Space Station.
